ORDERING INFO:

We have a 15 person minimum guest count.

Drop off meals have a very quick set up time so having us arrive 10-15 minutes before you are prepared to eat is plenty of time. 

We do not offer partial catering or make ahead items.

GST is not included in prices. It will be added to the final invoice.

15% Gratuity will be added for served meals but is not included for drop-off catering.

We accept cash, cheques, e-transfer or Visa and MasterCard (we prefer cash, e-transfers or cheques).

WEDDING INFO:

We have a 50 person minimum guest count for weddings.

Weddings book up fast, especially for peak season so booking at least a year in advance is advisable.

We do have a mobile kitchen/food truck but we also need a kitchen to use on location for rinsing/washing the rentals/dishes.

If our catering truck is on site we will require a flat parking space as close to the buffet as possible. Power for plugging the truck in is appreciated if available otherwise we do have a generator.

All pricing is based on a served buffet. This includes all serving dishes and serving utensils.

Staff is provided at no extra cost for serving the buffet, clearing the tables and rinsing rentals or washing dishes. 

We do not provide table settings, tables and chairs or tablecloths for the buffet.

We can provide family style or plated service for an extra fee but there are several other logistical factors that need to be considered to make it possible.

Keep in mind that you may need a special liquor license if you are selling/serving alcohol https: www2.gov.bc.ca

If the wedding is outside of Nelson, a travel fee will be added.

Final guest count and menu is required 2 weeks before the wedding.

5% GST is not included in prices. It will be added to the final invoice.

15% Gratuity will be added to the total cost.

We require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. This amount will be taken off the bill.

We accept cash, cheques, e-transfer or Visa and MasterCard (we prefer cash, e-transfers or cheques).

Final payment is due on the day of the event.

GENERAL INFO: 

Everything is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients available. 

Food is prepared on-site or in our licensed commercial kitchen. 

We are Food Safe and Serving It Right certified.

We are happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary requirements.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free substitutions are always available.
